Return/Refund
Do you offer returns?
Returns on unworn, unwashed, Fragrance-free items, in its original packaging with tags still attached. We accept returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Do you offer refund on shipping on return items?
You are responsible for shipping charges (original and return).

My items arrived damaged, what should I do?
You need to email us at maria@poshmere.com within 2 days of receiving your order, please provide your order number along with multiple photos of the damaged item.

Shipping
How much is shipping?
Domestic shipping is calculated based on weight and size of packaging at checkout, and FREE for orders over $150!
I placed an order when will I get it?
YAY! Orders ship from our POSHMERE office in CA in 1-3 business days from when the order is processed. Orders placed Friday after 12 p.m., Saturday and Sunday are processed and shipped the following week. For domestic orders, USPS delivers shipments in 2-6 business days.
