Returns

Returns:

  • We have a 2-3-business day return policy, which means you have 3 business days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unwashed, Fragrance-free items, in its original packaging with tags still attached are accepted within postmarked by 3 business days from delivery date. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • All items are inspected upon return, please allow 3 business days for your return to be processed once it has been received. 
  • Returns are eligible for store credit only.
  • Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer's responsibility.

 

To start a return, you can contact us at maria@poshmere.com. Please note we will provide instructions once an email is received, please allow 2 - 3 business days to reply to your email:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please be sure to include your packing slip and/or order # with the return. We cannot process your return without this information.

*****Any items rejected for return will require a re-shipping fee at the expense of the customer. If we do not hear from you regarding the item(s) within 30 days of reaching out via email, we will donate all items to charity, including items sent to us in error. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like

  • Sunglasses
  • Hats
  • Doorbusters or items ending in $.99  
  • Jewelry

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM(S)

  • Please inspect your item(s) upon reception or your order and contact us within 3 business days if you believe you have received a damaged or defective item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us at maria@poshmere.com within 3 business days.
  • DO NOT return before contacting us.
  • Indicate "Damaged" or "Defective" in the subject line. 
  • Include the first and last name on your order, order number if applicable to your order, product name of the item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
